June 6th 2007, it just brings goosebumps to even write this…I remember that moment when Chris Pronger passed the Stanley Cup for me… there’s no words to describe the feeling, 15 years I was waiting to get even a chance… so much work so many hours so many dreams. Now finally you have it in your arms, it’s something I’m never going to forget…. after that I thought my career was over, I thought there is no motivation in the world that could bring me back – I was wrong… 6 months later passion and love for the game brought me back…thank god it did…. The second best moment of my career… Here we go… it is Anaheim Ducks Jersey Retirement night January 11th 2015. Ducks asked me in June 2014 if I would like to do it in a way no one has ever done before… and they sure did it!!! The way Ducks handled it was something so precious and unforgettable… They worked 8 months for that moment… Standing there with my family… in front of fans and friends… incredible and so memorable… I will never ever forget how they remembered me. Ducks gave me the biggest honor a player can receive.. . I’m so honored and thankful for being the first Ducks player to have his jersey retired.
